Download the file by right-clicking the Download link (above) 

Depending on which browser you're using, you should see this menu:

Choose "Save Target As". If you use Netscape choose "Save Link As".

After choosing "Save Target As" or "Save Link As", save the file to your desktop.
That's the first screen you see. Saving it to your desktop, makes it easy to find.

Double-click the OSPE.doc icon (or FAQ.doc or OSPE_INTRO.doc icon)
on your desktop to start WORD. (Or go to the program file on your hard drive,
it you saved it somewhere else)
